So, because I am bored on a Tuesday afternoon... I decided to do a blog entry that is even more pointless than my previous ones lol. I am going to share my celebrity crushes with you all. Dollhouse "Haunted"

***WARNING***SPOILERS***Dollhouse***SPOLIERS***WARNING***

So last night, 9-10pm on FOX, a new Dollhouse episode aired! It was titled "Haunted" and was kinda different from what they usually do. The idea of the actual "dollhouse" is its a place that hires people with special circumstances in their lives and get them to work for them for a certain amount of time. Once they sign the contract or whatever their complete memory and identity is erased and saved on a disk of sorts. Then they are hired out to be whatever a "client" wants, an assassin, a lover, a lawyer, a trainer whatever the client wants. Each episode you see the "doll" go through at least one if not more of their temporary identies with at least one client.

This episode was a little bit different. A woman had given an imprint of herself the her friend who runs the company so that once she died she could have a little more time enjoying her last days. Given, she would be enjoying some more time "alive" in another person's body, thats what she wanted. When the woman was murdered her friend had the imprint put in the doll "Echo," the main character, played by Eliza Dushku (love of my life).

Of course the old woman loves being in the younger body and tells her boss friend "Nice work Addie!" while basically feeling herself up. She goes to her own funeral and witnesses her family mourning for her. Then she goes back to her own house claiming to be a friend of herself when her children ask her who she is. She finds out from her brother and her son and daughter that she was a very cold person and they never thought she was emotionally there for them. She attempts to make amends while also trying to solve her murder. The children seem to think that her very young husband did it, but it turns out it wasnt him. It was her own son.

Its all very dramatic but in the end everyone gets their just deserts. A couple of the other "dolls" or "actives" also have some small storylines, but its too much to type, and honestly, I only care about Eliza's part. If you dont watch it you should and if you do then yay! I Cried....TWICE!

***WARNING***SPOILERS***Greys Anatomy***SPOILERS***WARNING

One of my fav shows ever was just on ABC, Greys Anatomy! Its on ABC Thursdays at 9pm if your wondering. I rarely cry, and even rarer- I dont usually cry while watching tv, but tonight I cried twice during the show!

It started off with Derek and Meredith talking about their wedding plans, but she had agreed to let Izzie plan the wedding and Izzie had different plans. Izzie has been going through chemo but didnt see the effects of it till the end of the episode, when she collapsed. There was also a story line between Alex and George, where Alex was mean to George and in the end George kicked his ass and helped save a mans life, who had tried to commit suicide *twice*. Yang is still having problems coping with her breakup from the military doctor.. omg I cant remember his name! Anyways, he is also in therapy with the hospitals psychologist to cope with his PTSD from being in the war.

Now for the two most important and sad story lines.

First of all there was a six year old little girl dying from Taysacks (sp?) and Bailey helped her be calm in her last hours while her father was running around frantically searching for a way to save her. In the end she dies her in fathers arms while he is bawling his eyes out and soothing her. (CUE: First time I cried).

Second, there was Callie and Arizona's story line. They are my favorite couple on the show, though I may be biased based on my sexual orientation, but whatever, they are adorable! Anways, Callie's very rich Dad comes to town for the day, and Callie introduces him to her girlfriend, Arizona. He freaks out and trys to get her to go home, he even tries to bribe the chief to have her transfered to a hospital closer to home. I am not sure if he thought this would change anything or what, but I guess he was a little freaked out, and I will give him that. Then, he gave her an ultimatum. He said either she left her gf, her job, and her home to go back with him or he would cut off her trust fund. Callie chose to stay at Seattle Grace and with Arizona, and her dad left her. She then proceded to cry on Arizonas shoulder. (CUE: Second time I cried).

Watching Callie cry from her father's disrespect and fear made me cry :( But, it also made me grateful for my parents who love me no matter what. They dont agree necessarily with who I am, but they support me in everything I do. Love you Mom and Dad <3>

This is American Idol!

So Tuesday night was the night all of the top seven contestants sang in the "Disco" theme, and Wednesday night they sent two people home. Why two people you ask? Because last week Matt was technically voted off... but he was saved by the judges. If you want to watch the performances you can probs go to the AI website or youtube or something cause Im not posting any vids in this post. So very quickly in the begining of the show they let the first one go and it was.... Lil Rounds! I was not sad to see her go at all! Then they did a bottom two towards the end of the show and it was Allison and Anoop. Now for one thing: I am very upset at America! Allison kicks ass and there is no reason for herto be in the bottom 2 or 3 or whatever! I voted for her and I will continue to vote for her! If she goes before matt and danny and even chris.. i will be beyond pissed! Obviously- Anoop was the second person to go home. And I am not sad about that either. He had a good voice.. but he bored me.. and his wardrobe was ridiculous! lol Cant wait for next week... I didnt catch what the theme will be but Im sure they will all do an awesome job now that its down to the best of the best! Here are some pics of the poor souls who were voted off.

It amazes me that someone can have this kind of tallent! This girl should totally go on American Idol or just walk up to some one and say give me a record deal! lol You will be surprised the cool people you can find on youtube. Remember that video I posted in one of my earlier posted titled "Gay Marraige?" The PSA video was done by some religion group calling gays and gay marraige a "storm" that was coming? Well I found this video that a bunch of people... (many celebrities you will probably reconize.. and a few you might not) made to fight back and make fun of the real psa. Jai Ho!

I should be working on my English assignment right now, but this is more fun! I downloaded the song "Jai Ho" a few weeks ago when my friend recomended that I do so. Then a week or two after that I saw the Pussycat Dolls perform their version on the Kids Choice Awards, on Nick. Lame, I know. lol But I like their version, and I really want to see the movie "Slumdog Millionare." So I decided to put the video in my blog. Jai Ho means you are my destiny, and I think the song, no matter what language its in, is beautiful!

Tattoos!!

As you may or may not know, I already have one tattoo. It is a Japanese kanji that means "beloved," which is what my first name (Amy) means! I got it a month or so after my 18th birthday, surprisingly paid for my my parents! Now that I got one I want more! Many more! I am addicted! lol So I am going to throw out some of my recent ideas for more tattoos.. you let me know if they are lame or awesome etc. :)

1) A hand print on my heart. Not a huge one, just something small. This is inspired by the song "For Good" from the musical Wicked. There is a line that says "youll be with me like a hand print on my heart... because I knew you I have been changed for good." And if I got this it would be dedicated to my friends and family who have left an impression on my life.

2) A medium-large sized flower on my shoulder. I am thinking something like a water flower.. one of those that sits on a lilly pad. Ya know what I mean? And there would be no special meaning to this tat... it would just look pretty.

3) I have recently been thinking about getting a tattoo specifically for my imediate family (mom dad and 3 siblings). I am not sure how I would do this... either some image or something that represents them all and my love for them. Or maybe a band that goes around my upper arm.. maybe that has their birth month flower or their birthstones in it.. with the words "Love, Trust, and Forgiveness" as part of the chain that connects them. This is a work in progress.

4) Two of my best friends and I have also talked about getting a tattoo of 3 hearts linking together. Representing our friendship etc. :)

5) I am not sure of other ideas right now.. but I would like to get one on the back of my neck aswell. We shall see.

So there ya have it. What do ya think? Before you ask... yes they hurt a little. But if it is something that means alot to you or that you really want, you will be able to handle an hour of pain for a life time of art. I am hoping to be getting my second tattoo this summer, if I have enough money. That is the biggest problem for me, they are not cheap!

Tailspin!!

Has anyone ever seen this show? I remember watching it as a kid, and last week sometime I just started singing the intro song! Great fun! Entertaining show! According to my little sister its still on tv somewhere, but I dont think so. Never the less its a good show and a catchy song!

That is a sneak peek at the new movie Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen and it is coming to theaters on June 24th 2009!!! Two of the hottest celebrities ever are in it: Megan Fox and Shia Labeouf! I loved the first one... and not just because of the hottness that is Megan (and Shia)... it was well made and fun to watch! I can not wait to go see it this summer! I am hoping to go opening weekend.. and if Im lucky... opening day!! Hola Amigos!
I am sitting here in the library doing lots of research and preparing to write some essays. I am extremely stressed out :( I have two first drafts of essays due on monday, another first draft of an essay due on tuesday, aswell as a very difficult test on monday morning!!! I am freaking out!!!! Ahhh! So my game plan is to get all of my resources from the library today, which I have already done. I think there might be one or 2 more sources I need for one of the papers but I will do that for the next draft. The last month of school is frightening let me tell you.. I have never been so stressed out from homework in my life. Would like you to know the rivetting topics I will be writing about?? Sure ya do! :

1) English- a persuasive essay. I am convincing young parents to homeschool their kids. Even though I myself dont plan on doing this, I have experience because I was homeschooled from kindergarten through seventh grade.
2) Pioneers of Psychology- an anlysis/report of sorts. I will be writing about Christine Ladd- Franklin, a famous female psychologist. BORING
3) Frankenstien Class. It has a longer name but is annoying to write/type out. I am writing a nother persuasive essay convincing people to get or have their children get the HPV vaccine, aka Gardisil.

Its all very exciting I know! Try to control your interest! Ok I need to go get some writing down on the Psyc paper before my computer runs out of batery. tata!

Sadly

Sadly there is not a new Dollhouse episode on tonight :( I just found this out and now Im depressed. Owell. April 24th there is a new one called "Haunted" so I shall have to wait till next time!

DOLLHOUSE!!

So, seeing as I have no night life here at college... there are many tv shows that I follow. I have decided that I will blog about a few of the good shows I folllow! They are as follows:
Mon- Heroes (NBC 9pm)
Tues- American Idol, and Fringe (FOX 8pm and 9pm)
Thurs- Greys Anatomy (ABC 9pm)
Fri- Dollhouse (FOX 9pm)

I will watch the episode then get on here and give my own commentary and feedback. Should be fun... for me at least lol. Hopefully for anyone who reads this, which so far is no one, but Im being optimistic! 8-)

Boom Boom Pow

Hello again friends!
Its the weekend!!! I am sitting here in my dorm room being bored and drinking a mountain dew. Yes, I am aware that mountain dew is one of the worst sodas for you, but I really dont care! I think since being in college I have become addicted to caffeine. Not good! Mountain Dew, RockStar and Amp are my weakness... and Sprite is my back up plan. Its pretty bad actually. Dont worry though, because I make sure I only have one soda type beverage a day!
My title for this post is from the song "Boom Boom Pow" by the Black Eyed Peas! I used it because I am listening to it right now. Most people I know dont like it, but I dont know... I kinda do. Its catchy... and makes me want to dance! I cant wait for the summer to come, so I can dance with my friends! Either in a dance party or at a club; both are usually very fun!
Now I am listening/ watching the Shinedown video for their song "Second Chance." This is recently another of my favorite songs :) Its very catchy and easily relatable. Even though I am not a teen running away from home, like inthe video. I am however a new college student, and Im figuring out my life and expressing my opinions more etc. "I am changing!" as the dreamgirls would say! lol Sorry, lame joke.
Anyways, you should look both of those songs if you havent already. Let me know what you think of them. I cant think of anything extremely exciting to talk about right now. I will probably be back later to post after I watch the new DOLLHOUSE episode! Eliza Dushku is a badass, in real life and in that show, and I am in love!

So I have this friend...

A friend of mine... (who obviously doesnt know what blogs are all about) requested that I write a blog post about her... after I informed her that I had a blog now. So I shall write about her... and hopefully it will be amusing.... This friend of mine has been described, by some I know, as "real" "down to earth" "gorgeous" "trustworthy" and often "crazy." She wants to be a cop.... or no maybe its a dolphin trainer. Or maybe a popo that arrests dolphins? She cant make up her mind I dont think. She thinks I drive like a maniac... and last weekend (when she was forced to ride in my van) she sat in the seat next to me gripping the door handle for dear life.. and yelling at me repeatedly! My cat Chachi (aka Chabela) is in love with her. Their relationship is a special one... only one other person can possibly share Chachis love (Feebs!). She left me one time... but I am just to awesome of a friend to resist... so now we are back together :-P She works at a very odd little grocery store... named Deals and Steals. (They sell that healthy shit that has names like "Perky O's", which I am pretty sure no body really eats. I think they just buy it to look healthy. We all know they have oreos and frozen pizza hidden somewhere in their house.) She was one of the first people I came out to. She snores in her sleep, but she is not a cover hog. She likes ice in her coffee and horror in her movies. She thinks Im hilarious... when I am just talking normally. I never know to take this as a compliment or a insult? I am her lacky when I ever I go shopping with her, because I never have money when she wants me to go shopping with her. So instead of buying things myself, I follow her around and hold her shit. There was this one time, when we were younger, that we used to play wrestle or something like that. And once, at my sisters bday party, and she decided to not take it easy on me.. and flipped me completely over her back. I was sore for a couple days I think. She can be intimidating but on the inside shes a barrel-o-fun! Love you bitch!! <3

Hello All!

I would just like to say that when I went to choose a font "webdings" was an option. Anyone who posts a blog using the "webdings" font must be a moron. I dont understand why those stupid things even exist! Anyways... I digress. I just randomly, as in about ten minutes ago, decided I wanted to try blogging. I dont know if I will be any good at it, or even interesting to read, but I would like to try. Hopefully I will remember to post frequently. I plan on talking about anything and everything that comes into my head, with very little editting or reservation, for lack of a better word. If you dont like something I say, then you can say so I suppose, but I wont change it. Or just dont read at all. Harsh? Maybe a little, but I am always a little reserved in what I say in front of certain people. So on this I want to have fun and be open and express my opinions. Hopefully its not extremely boring.
